Big Apple Florist Presents: Brunch & Bouquets NYC Floral Design Classes for Mothers Day 2012

For the first time ever, Big Apple Florist is opening its doors on Mothers Day, Sunday, May 13th to all mothers and their family members for a special Brunch and Bouquets Floral Design Class in New York City.
This special occasion will offer families the opportunity to take part in something spontaneous, fun, and different this Mothers Day: a Sunday afternoon learning tricks and tips for creating stunning floral arrangements. A unique way to give the classic gift of flowers, this Mothers Day Floral Design Class is sure to be a wonderful surprise.
Its such a fun thing to do Im even bringing my mom! says Ashley Smith, Big Apple Florist’s Director of Sales and Marketing and coordinator of the Mother’s Day’s event. This floral design class is something she and I would never normally do together, which will make the day extra-special. It may even become a new tradition for us!
Participants will have the opportunity to pick from a selection of spring blooms and work one-on-one with Big Apples talented floral designers. The designers will walk attendees through the steps of making their own arrangements at home, selection of quality flowers, design concepts, and basic arrangement techniques.
Guests at Big Apple Florists Sunday Floral Design Classes will also be treated to a Mothers Day brunch of scones, muffins, bagels, coffee, and tea as well as mimosas and Bloody Marys.
Big Apple Florists Brunch & Bouquets classes will take place on Sunday, May 13th at Big Apple Florists shop in Midtown Manhattan. Participants can choose between two time slots: 9am-12pm, or 1-4pm. Registration is $ 175 per participant. All major credit cards are accepted.
